Great complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi, nice traditional room with a beautiful view of the mountains. The hotel is located in a charming village with narrow streets perfect for strolling. The hot spring baths were relaxing and offered a unique experience.
The hotel lacks maintenance and attention to detail. Spiderwebs and mold were visible in some public areas, and the paint was cracked.

The hotel was stunningly beautiful and offered a unique and authentic Japanese experience. While the rooms were neat and tidy, it could get a bit chilly, especially during the winter season. The lack of reliable heating in the rooms was a downside, although spending time in the onsen helped to keep warm.
